Klav AI is a personal wellness tool designed to help you track your nutrition and build healthier habits. It is not a medical device, not a clinical tool, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The calorie targets, macro recommendations, health scores, and nutritional estimates provided by Klav AI are general approximations based on widely accepted population-level formulas (such as Mifflin-St Jeor for calorie estimation). They are not personalised to any specific medical condition, metabolic disorder, or clinical requirement.
If you have or suspect you have any medical condition — including but not limited to diabetes, eating disorders, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, liver disease, or any condition where diet is clinically significant — consult a qualified and licensed healthcare professional before using Klav AI to guide your nutrition or lifestyle choices.
Do not disregard, delay, or modify professional medical advice based on anything you read, track, or calculate within this app. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
Klav AI does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Fitness outcomes such as weight loss or muscle gain are not guaranteed and vary based on individual factors entirely outside our control.
Klav AI uses third-party AI to estimate nutritional content from photos. You acknowledge that:

All content, design, code, and features of Klav AI — including but not limited to the health score algorithm, nutritional calculation formulas, UI design, and branding — are the exclusive property of Klav AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App.
Your use of Klav AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF NUTRITIONAL DATA, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, AND SECURITY OF DATA TRANSMISSION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KLAV AI AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION, HEALTH OR FITNESS OUTCOMES, OR DATA LOSS OR UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Klav AI and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Morocco.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.
